Through the single-screen display panel, you can view the current voltage, current, or output percentage. Short-pressing the appearance of the rotary encoder switch activates the limit adjustment function and rotates the adjustment limit value. Single/two phase basic type The basic type power regulator can achieve the function of trigger output limiting through the rotary encoder on the panel. The user manually adjusts the trigger output by rotating the encoder. The adjustable range is 0% to 100% of full output. If necessary, the standard power regulator can be connected to a rotary encoder via the lower terminal block to achieve the same function of manually adjusting the trigger output as the basic power regulator. Chassis structure: This series of power regulator structure is small, the size of the whole machine is only the size of the chassis size is 110*197*180(H). The input acquisition supports 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 1-5V, 0-5V standard linear signals and non-standard linear signal acquisition inputs. According to the different load connection modes, the output control mode can be changed, and the phase shift and zero-cross trigger control modes can be supported, and the soft settings for multiple load connection modes can be supported. Phase shift voltage regulation, through the single-phase electrical acquisition board can achieve "voltage feedback", "current feedback" or "power feedback" to meet the different needs of users. Electricity collection and monitoring: When the power collection function is turned on, that is, when the voltage and current feedback is turned on, the voltage and current value output to the load can be monitored through the LED display screen to protect the load and various components. Supports voltage limiting, current limiting, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection. Through the LED menu set the corresponding pressure limit, current limit value, as well as over-voltage, over-current protection value. Intelligent heat protection: The bottom of the chassis is equipped with a heat-dissipation profile and an axial flow fan to achieve the purpose of effectively dissipating the heat generated by the thyristor components during the operation of the power regulator. Among them, the heat-dissipating profile is equipped with a temperature-controlled switch at the outer end, and through this, an intelligent radiator over-temperature protection function can be realized. When the temperature switch detects that the temperature of the heat sink reaches 80°C, the off switch also completes the off output. When the temperature of the heat sink is less than 75°C, the switch is shorted and the power regulator resumes normal operation. Based on the actual IN input signal, the size of the trigger output is controlled. For the axial fan, the MCU intelligent axial fan heat dissipation control is adopted, and the MCU signal is used to control the work of the axial fan. Communication function: RS485 communication. Support MODBUS RS485 communication, using standard MOSBUD RTU protocol, real-time transmission of working status and related parameters to the PC side for data analysis and data backup. Supports multiple communication baud rates up to 19.2Kbps.
